Analisis Sikap, Kepuasan, dan Loyaltas Petani Terhadap Benih Jagung Hibrida Bisi-2 di Desa Gadu Barat, Kecamatan Ganding, Kabupaten Sumenep

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the characteristics, the purchase decision process, attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty of farmers in the village use the corn seed hybrid Bisi-2 in the West Gadu. This study used a descriptive analysis method, multiatribut Fishbein, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and loyalty pyramid. The results of the characteristics of farmers sex male, 60-69 years old, married, primary school education level, corn farming as the main occupation, with the motivation to make a profit with high yields, Fishbein multiatribut analysis showed hybrid corn seed Bisi-2 more preferably from corn seeds P2 and guluk -guluk. Results of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) on hybrid corn seed Bisi-2 are satisfied by 72 percent. The results of the analysis of customer loyalty on corn seed Bisi-2 are included in the loyal category.
