Blood cockle (Anadara granosa) is one of the biological resources that have been used by Indonesian people. They can accumulate more metals than the other aquatic animals because they settle and filter their feed. The purpose of this study is to reveal the metal content of Pb, Cu, Cd, and Hg were found in the blood cockle. AAS (Atomic Absorbtion spectrophotometry) were used to analyze the heavy metal concentration. The result showed that the highest metal content of Pb is 0,675 mg/kg on June and 1,860 mg/kg on August in Kronjo and Cu is 3,440 mg/kg in Cituis. The Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) showed that blood cockle in Kronjo and Cituis has a moderately accumulation in Pb and Cd, but lower in Cu.
