Education has a strategic role in the national development. According to the National Accreditation Board in 2012, the Provinces of Maluku, West Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Southeast Sulawesi has a low value of accreditation for the senior high school. Accreditation is measured through eight Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) which is used as an instrument in the Evaluasi Diri Sekolah (EDS). SNP consists of eight standards that are interconnected with each other. Value of each standard can not be measured directly so it called latent variables, latent variables can be measured through the manifest variables. Structural equation model is used in this study to analyze the relationship between SNP itself and relationship between SNP with the manifest variables that measure SNP in the four provinces. Structural equation model showed that the latent variables contents (ISI), process (PRS), valuation (NIL), educators and education personnel (PTK), and management (PNG) are all affect the competency standards (SKL). Latent variable ISI has the largest total effect to SKL when compared with four other latent variables that is equal to 36.05%. All manifest variables are valid to measure each latent variable at significance level of 0.10.
