Supplier is a provider of raw materials needed by company to produce goods and services. Raw materials shipped from supplier to manufactures have different qualities. The quality of raw materials affects purchasing costs for raw materials and reprocessing cost in manufactures. Raw material with high quality does not require reprocessing but its purchasing price is higher than other raw material. Although their purchasing prices are lower, raw materials with medium or low quality still need reprocessing. In this manuscript, supplier selection problem is formulated in term of integer linear programming, where the objective is to maximize the company profit. As an implementation, we considered a Noodle XYZ company with supply chain consisting of 5 potential suppliers, 3 manufactures, 3 warehouses, and 4 customers. The company selects suppliers based on the quality of raw materials offered, cost of hired suppliers, and distribution of the product. The optimal solution is obtained in term of suppliers to be selected and distribution of the product which maximizing profits.
