Analisis Profitabilitas Usaha dan Nilai Tambah Produk Sate Bandeng pada UKM Sate Bandeng di Kota Serang Banten
Abstract
Satay milkfish is one of the processed milk fish which is a typical food of Banten. Average satay milkfish done in small and medium scale enterprises into the home industry. The purpose of this research is to analyze the profitability of the satay milkfish business and to analyze value -added business satay milkfish for every kind of business. This research used survey method. The location of the research is taken with purposive method with selecting Ratu Toety business and Hj. Mariyam business. The results showed that the two businesses are able to generate profits. The business Ratu Toety profitability ratios of 29.1 percent greater than the business Hj. Mariyam 27.8 percent. The analysis showed the added value of two businesses generate value added is not much different. Value-added businesses Ratu Toety of Rp 39 467.00 or by 41.8 percent, while business Mariyam Hj Rp 39 172.00 or 41.5 percent.
