Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identifying industry foresight, challenge, and target which can influence the development Agribussiness in Agrotourism PT. Xpro Agrotama Cinangneng. The method in this research is Strategic Architecture. The goal improves that PT. Xpro Agrotama Cinangneng has a potensial to be developed for Agrotourism, has a callenge to fix infrastructure which exist, then with the purpose to open job vacancy and make the people in the village to be prosperous. The form of this strategy that PT. Xpro Agrotama Cinangneng will do in 20 years to go, are fix the management performance, the quality of the human resources and managemet informatic system, create the selling used value and aqua-culture for the people in Gunung Mulya village, develop the additional amount value the company so the company will have the interest for the consumer, promotion events which is intensive.
