Sumber-Sumber Risiko Produksi Usahaternak Ayam Broiler Pada Peternakan Mitra Dramaga Unggas Farm (DUF)

Abstract

Broiler farms is one of the businesses that has the potential for national poultry supply. Bogor District is one of broiler production central in West Java.So grow the companypartners on broiler farm such as Dramaga Unggas Farm (DUF). The mortality indicated the presence of production risk in partner farmers Dramaga Unggas Farm. The purpose of this research are to analyze thesources of production risk, analyze the probability of risk sources, analyze the impact of risk sources and alternative strategic for handling it. Identification of production risk in broiler farm use descriptive analysis resulted such as risk of weather, predators, cage density, layout cage, post-vaccination, dry feet (dehydrated), and disease. This research using Probability analysis with Z-score method and Implication Analysis with VaR method. The results mapping risk indicate that there two kinds of management strategies such as preventive and mitigation strategies. The disease was the source of risk that had the highest probability and the worst impact. The farmers should do strategy by prioritizing strategy that caused by a source of risk of disease.
