Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi dan Pendapatan Budidaya Tambak Udang Vaname di Kecamatan Pasekan Kabupaten Indramayu

Abstract

Vannamei Shrimp (Litopeanus vannamei) is one of shrimp variety that cultivated in Indonesia. Shrimp is the main export commodity of fishery production in Indonesia. In this country, Vannamei Shrimp is cultivated intensively and traditionally. One of productive regional that yields Vannamei Shrimp is in Indramayu Regency. In one of Subdistrict of Indramayu, Pasekan, Vannamei Shrimp are most traditionally cultivated. The aims of this research are the production factors that have influences toward Vannamei Shrimp fishpond’s production and to analyze the ratio of Vannamei Shrimp fishpond’s income based on the capital finance sources, theyare personal capital finance and capital finance that debt from middleman. Based on the double linier regretion estimate, the factor that influence Vannamei Shrimp fishpond’s production are feed (kilograms), fuel (liter), and the period of cultivation (days). According to the income analysis, in found that the value of R/C ratio > 1 for all cultivations, either of cultivation by personal capital finance or cultivation by personal capital finance or cultivation whit financial source by lending from middleman. The R/C ratio value of farmers who cultivate shrimp by their one capital finance are smaller than farmers who get their capital finance fram middleman. It means that farmwe who use financial from middleman are more afficient. Based on the results of research, to increase production Vannamei Shrimp, increase the use of feed vaname, solar and duration of maintenance Vannamei Shrimp. In accordance with the Department of Fisheries and Marine programs Indramayu Regency regarding counseling, guidance regarding the use of the addition of feed, fuel, and period of cultivation in Vannamei Shrimp can be intensively. Cooperation between the Department of Fisheries and Marine programs Indramayu District to middleman in terms of the use of production inputs can be done to increase the production level Vannamei Shrimp cultivators.
