Analisis Sikap Konsumen Terhadap Produk Susu Cup KPBS dan Susu Ultra di Desa Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung
Abstract
Milk is a source of animal protein that contain high calcium, magnesium and other nutrition. Based on nutritional adequency rate, people who living in the highlands need more that nutrition. That Nutrition contains in milk ready to drink Ultra and KPBS. The research has been done in Pangalengan Village, District Pangalengan, Bandung Regency because location of research was highland and people who live there already accostumed to drinking UHT milk which represented by Ultra and pasteurized milk which represented by KPBS. Generally, the research conducted for determine consumer attitude from both of product. Based on attitude model ideal points, ultra milk and KPBS cup milk got a very good assesment by consumer. That was due to consumer attitudes point (Ab) by Ultra milk amounted 11.66 and 38.92 for KPBS milk which was at range scale 48.8. If attitudes point got small point, then the product already same of the expectation of consumer.
