| dc.description.abstract | PT. Indofood CBP SuksesMakmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division is a company that realizes the importance of work culture and commitement. It is proven by the existence of work culture that the company made in order to guarantee the work result with a better quality, increase the satisfaction of work on employee and be on top compared to other company. There are still lot of employees that doesn’t walk on the culture of work which impacts on the weak work culture itself. This research shows that Noodle Dision of the company in Bandung applies excellent work culture and the employee commit. The work culture that is based on Excellent, Discipline, Integrity, Innovative, Respect give positive and significant impact on employee commitment, while unity doesn’t give significant impact on employee commitment. | en |
