Abstract

Indonesia which country third producer after Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L) Ivory Coast and Ghana. Therefore, Indonesia is one of the exporters of cocoa products. One of the group of countries that import cocoa is the European Union (EU). The purpose of this study was the identification of trade policy in the EU, differences in EU tariff Indonesian cocoa, government policy in response to the EU's policy on the export of cocoa literature study. The method used is a qualitative method qualitative descriptive policy analysis. Based on the identification of policy in the EU we can analyze what policies are influential, saw another opportunity Indonesian tariff schemes, as well as export policies in response to international trade khusuny development policy in the European union
