Analisis Pengaruh Infrastruktur dan Tenagakerja Terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) di Kabupaten Karawang (Periode Tahun 1996-2013)

Abstract

The Foreign Direct Investment is one means to achieve the success of economic development in a region . This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure and labor against FDI in Karawang district in 1996-2013. This study uses time series data years 1996-2013. OLS regression analysis were employed by using E-views 6. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables used in the study, i.e. the long road infrastructure (JLN) and electricity (LIST) have negative and significant relationship to the growth of foreign direct investment in Karawang district . Meanwhile, water infrastructure (AIR) and labor (TK) have positive and significant effects on the growth of foreign direct investment in Karawang district.
