Faktor-Faktor Pembentuk Karakter Wirausaha Santri Pertanian Darul Fallah

Abstract

The entrepreneurship has a very important role towards the welfare of society. Darul Fallah boarding school, Ciampea-Bogor is one of the boarding school in Indonesia that applying the entrepreneurship system to educating and fostering the students in agriculture. This study aims to identify entrepreneurial character forming factors and analys relation between internal and external factors with character of entrepreneur and relation between character of entrepreneur with behavior of entrepreneur.Techniques of reseach is sensus method. The result shows that there are two factors that form the characters of student’s entrepreneur of agriculture which are the internal and external factors. Based on p-value at level α = 0.05 level with correlation Chi Square and Rank Spearman that age not correlate with the character of entrepreneurs and character leadership having very strong correlation with knowledge of entrepreneurs
