Analisis Kelayakan Bisnis Produk Kayu Lapis (Plywood) (Kasus di CV Hadir Jaya Plywood Karawang, Jawa Barat)

Abstract

CV Hadir Jaya Plywood is a company that manufactures plywood as a material for the back of the office chair. This study aims to analyze aspects of the business feasibility qualitatively and quantitatively. Analysis was conducted on the aspects of the market, technical aspects, management aspects, and social aspects of the business environment on plywood. In addition, the level of analysis is also performed financial feasibility and conduct sensitivity analyzes to look at the feasibility of plywood in the event of changes in raw material price increases and decreases in the production of plywood. Feasibility study using the criteria calculation of NPV, Net B/C, IRR, payback period and sensitivity analysis. The results showed the feasibility of non-financial businesses and eligible to run on the financial feasibility analysis is also relatively feasible to run. The results of the sensitivity analysis illustrates that business attending plywood CV Hadir Jaya sensitive to changes in production quantities.
