Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Penggemukan Domba Pada Mitra Tani Farm, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Sheep is the third biggest contributors of ruminant families for meat national product. MT Farm is one of a farm-based agribusiness companies that planning to expand its business to fulfill market requirements. The aim for this study to analyzing the feasibilty of sheep business expansion at MT Farm based on financial and non financial aspects. This study also analyzing sensitiveness levels of business expansion by Switching Value Analysis. Result of this study shows that business expansion by analyzing non financial aspects is feasible to run. Result of financial analysis is also feasible to run based on investment criteria, that NPV Rp 566,181,930, Net BC is 2.01, and IRR is 22.55 percent of Payback Period means investment costs will return in two years four months and one day. While Switching Value Analysis shows the ascend limit of sheep’s mortality is 2.107109305 percent, so ascending in prices of lamb is 3.1854194939394 percent. Switching Value Analysis shows that ascending of sheep’s price give more influences than ascending of sheep’s mortality.
