Analisis Pengaruh Kemitraan terhadap Pendapatan Usahatani Jamur Tiram Putih (Kasus Kemitraan UD Ragheed Pangestu dengan Petani Jamur Tiram Putih di Kecamatan Ciawi Bogor)

Abstract

In general the difficulties which are faced by white oyster mushrooms farmers are obtaining raw materials, limited capital, simple technology, low selling prices and lack of market information. One of the farmers efforts to handle that constraint is to joint a partnership. Ragheed Pangestu is a company that moves in the business of white oyster mushrooms which do partnerships with farmers. The importance of doing this research is because still existence of cheating which is committed by partner farmer of the agreed agreement, so that it needs to analyze the partnership that is run and compare the farmer income of partners and non partners. The research showed that the partnership is already providing benefits to partner farmers but has not been able to increase the income of partner farmers. Generally the income of farming from non partner farmers still greater than the partner farmers. For the partnership, companies need to evaluate partnerships being run to make it more efficient and profitable to both of sides.
