Peran Public Relations pada Organisasi Non Profit Program Konservasi Kelautan WWF-Indonesia
Abstract
Public relations is a form of communication that every organization is owned by both profit and non-profit, so that its existence becomes important in an organization. The purpose of this study is to see the role of public relations as expert prescriber, problem solving facilitator, communication facilitator, and communication tehnician. The study also tried to analyze organizational culture and environment affect the dominace of the role of public relations. This study used survey methods with qualitative data supported. The results showed that the role of public relations good enough. The stable culture and environmental affects the role of public relations as a communication facilitator
