Pananjung Pangandaran Nature Reserve is one of natural habitat for long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis). This wildlife was listed as Least Concern status in IUCN (2013) and Appendix II in CITES. The result of the research, which was done in three observation tracks, showed a different density of long-tailed macaque. The greatest population density was found as Karang Pandan (22 ind/ha), while at second track (Tadah Angin) were 4 individuals/ha, and at the third track (Cikamal) there were 19 individuals/ha. The range of population at the first track as many as 22 ± 9 individuals, at the second track as many as 4 ± 2 individuals, and third track as many as 7 ± 4 individuals. The adult long-tailed macaque was found at most in this research. Sex ratio of long-tailed macaque at the first and third track was 1:4, and at the second track was 1:3. There were 48 plant species that were found in the area where the long-tailed macaque carried out their activity, and 22 of the species had potential for long-tailed macaque feed.
