Pengembangan Masyarakat Melalui Program Kredit Mikro dalam Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan PT South Pacific Viscose
Abstract
One of a social responsibility initiate by PT South Pacific Viscose to the society is by launching a micro credit program with a goal to increase the economy of peoples who open a small scale of business around the company. This research is to explain the participation, independency and the sustainability of the program receiver and it relation to the impact of a social, economy and company image. The society of Cicadas village as the receiver of the micro credit program are the subject for the study with a quantitative and qualitative methods through a questioners and a guidance interview. The outcome of the study is that the credit receivers participation are in the medium category , the independency of the credit receivers are in low category. The sustainability of small scale business of the micro credit receiver are in medium and low categories; age, education level and gender are have no correlation to the participation, independency and sustainability. Participation and sustainability have a correlation with the economic impact; participation, independency and sustainability of a business of the program receiver are correlated to the company image
