Strategi BKP5K dalam Menunjang Penganekaragaman Pangan di Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to identify internal and external factors of BKP5K in order to support food-diversification in Bogor (2) to formulate alternative strategies (3) to formulate the priority of strategies by architercture strategy approach. Analytical instruments used are internal and external analysis, SWOT matrix, and architecture strategy. The obtained strategies are optimalization of food security development council in subdistrict level; BKP5K’s budget is focused in food security establishment; initiation of food production area based on the subdistrict’s potential; formulating the policy of area management by the manager; formulating the policy of trading agreement between food production area; guiding and training all staffs; formulating the policy food production area institution is cooperative; formulating the policy of transferring the development of one commodity to another one; formulating the policy to infiltrate local food knowledge in elementary up to high school curriculum; formulating the policy of development food storage; and formulating the policy of development food information system. Architecture strategy arranges the priority strategy implementation, main stakeholders, up to program which is supporting strategy.
