Analisis Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Kinerja Kelompok Tani (Studi Kasus : Kelompok Tani Ternak Karya Sejahtera, Desa Karyawangi, Kecamatan Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat)

Abstract

Revitalization of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (RPPK) is one of the Triple Track Strategy of the government in order to reduce poverty and unemployment and improving the competitiveness of the national economy and preserve agricultural resources, fisheries and forestry. Development of farmer groups become an important part of the application by directing the agribusiness system, an increase in the role of leadership, the participation of farmers and other rural community members. This research was conducted to analyze the leadership style, the factors which drive leadership style, performance farmer groups, and the relationship with the leadership style of performance Karya Sejahtera farmer groups, in Karyawangi Village, Parongpong Subdistrict, West Bandung. The method used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling, descriptive statistical analysis, and the Spearman rank correlation test. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style adopted by the laeder of Karya Sejahtera farmer group is a participative leadership style. Based on the descriptive statistical analysis of Karya Sejahtera farmer groups had an average score of moderate (3.45). Based on rank spearman test there are any relation betwen leaddership style of the group leader and Karya Sejahtera farmer group.
