Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen pada Restoran Bamboo Kitchen, Sukasari, Bogor
Abstract
The high level of competition in restaurant businesses requires the restaurant owners to sell products which are always oriented to the interests of their consumers. Bamboo Kitchen Restaurant as an emerging family restaurant seeks to provide satisfaction. This study aims to analyze satisfaction of the consumers of Bamboo Kitchen restaurant. The methods used in this study are the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). In this study, the value of the interest rate expected by the consumers is greater than that of the level of performance of the restaurant; therefore, the restaurant needs to improve its performance to match the expectations of its consumers, particularly for attributes whose performance are considerably poor. The value of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of Bamboo Kitchen Restaurant is "highly satisfactory" indicating that the overall performance of these attributes has been able to give satisfaction. However, the restaurant management must maintain its performance which has been successfully carried out.
