Karimunjawa island as protected area has resource which become tourism atractive. Interpretative trail planning should be to do for conservation resources sustainability. The purposes of this study is arranging trail interpretative depand condition and potential object. Varios data consist of trail condition, object potential and visitor preference collected through interviews, direct observation and literature study. Data were analyzed and assessed as trail planning basis. There are five trail potential with 19 species of flora, 12 species of fauna, hill, beach objek and local legend. Visitor need information about the use of flora and fauna for humankind. Circulation classification in five trails is primer circulation. Visitor activity which can be do are tracking and observing object. Facility planning devide by media interpretation and supporting activity. Visitor safety management were established by track arrangement for dcreasing erotion and safety rope.
