Cirata Reservoir was built with the main function as hydropower and for fisheries floating net cages (KJA). A large number of cages will increasing amount of feed and will impact the discharged waste into the waters of the reservoir. Wasted feed will increase the burden of sedimentation and improve water enrichment. Increased of enrichment can be seen from the loading of phosphor element. This study was conducted from January to March 2013. Species of fish that are reared Common carp (Cyprinus carpio) with the rear period for 4 months. The fish were fed with a pellet with 2:1 of FCR. The content of phosphorus in CF feed is 5.58% and at 3.38% for PL feed. The calculations showed that the amount of phosphorus loads from floating net cages for CF feed is 104.6 kg per ton of fish and for PL feed is 60.6 kg per ton of fish. If the common carp floating cages that fed by CF was added a second layer of tilapia net, it will release phosphorus 95.6 kg per ton of fish, whereas the PL of 51.6 kg per ton of fish. With the rear of tilapia in the second layer nets can reduce the release of phosphorus by 9%.
