This research aimed to investigate the performance of broiler chicken vaccinated with the vaccine ND-IB (LaSota H-120). As much as 80 broiler chickens were used in this investigation and were divided into two groups e.i vaccinated and unvaccinated group. Each group consisted of 40 chickens. On day two, the vaccinated group were administrade the ND-IB vaccine (LaSote H-120). On the 14th day, each group were divided into three subgroups. The vaccinated chickens were devided in to 3 groups e.i K1, K2 and K3, whereas the unvaccinated group became group K4, K5 and K6. Groups K1 and K4 were unchallenged groups, whereas group K2 and K5 were challenged with ND virus and group K3 and K6 were challenged with IB virus. Every day, food consumption was measured and the body weight were measured every week. The result of this investigation indicated that the vaccinnation had no effect on weight gain and the vaccination wasn’t optimum in protecting the chickens against ND virus. The food convertion ratio of the vaccinated group of broilers were higher compared to the unvaccinated ones. The IP of vaccinated chickens were unsignificant different with unvaccinated groups.
