Query (Q) fever is a zoonoses caused by Coxiella burnetii agent and it has been almost widespread around the world. The ruminants are highly risk animal infected for Q fever disease. The study of Q fever disease on heart and spleen of cattle histopathologically was carried out from January to October 2013 at Cibinong slaughterhouse and histopathology laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bogor Agricultural University. Samples used were heart and spleen of 50 randomly slaughtered cattle. Immunohistochemical method was done to determine the immunoreactive and non immunoreactive of samples. The results showed that 9 samples were immunoreactive and 41 samples were not immunoreactive to anti C. burnetii antibody. The lesions of spleen indicated depletion of white pulp, congestion of red pulp, and accumulation of inflammatory cells. The lesions of heart revealed degeneration of heart muscle and accumulation of inflammatory cells. These results showed that there is no specific differences histopathologically between immunoreactive and non immunoreactive samples of heart and spleen of cattle due to Q fever.
