      Abstract
The aims of this study were to measure the reproductive efficiency and productivity of dairy cows and to analysis the correlation between them in KPBS Pangalengan, West Java in the year 2010 – 2012. This research used the secondary data in KPBS Pangalengan which consisted of artificial insemination and animal health records, calves births, milk production, distribution of dairy cow population, and characteristic of animal health personnel in the period of 2010 – 2012. The data was analysed descriptively and statistically to identify the correlation of S/C (service per conception) and CR% (conception rate) with milk production and calves births of dairy cows. The statistic analysis was performed using SPSS 16.0. Duncan range test is used to showed the difference between variables among regions. The results of this study showed the value of reproductive efficiency (S/C & CR%) and productivity (milk production and calves births) of dairy cows in KPBS Pangalengan were generally good. The best value of reproductive efficiency in region Los Cimaung II, the highest milk production were in region Cisangkuy, meanwhile the highest calves births was in region Padahurip. The study showed that there was a significant correlation (α=0.05) between S/C and milk production (r=˗0.562) and calves births (r=˗0.607), also between CR% and milk production (r=0.565) and calves births (r=0.642).
