Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Penggilingan Padi Skala Kecil (Studi kasus RMU Bonjo Alam Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat)

Abstract

The analysis on the business feasibility of Bonjo Alam RMU is the basis for assessing whether the investment activities undertaken are feasible, for providing an overview of business prospects, and for identifying the level of benefits that can be received from the rice milling business conducted. Analysis on non-financial aspects of the milling business of Bonjo Alam RMU shows that the milling business is feasible in regards to market, technical, management, legal, and environment social aspects because it has already met the criteria of feasibility. Analysis on the financial aspects of rice milling business of Bonjo Alam RMU shows that the business is feasible to run. The values of NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and Payback Period (PP) of 3 years of rice milling business of Bonjo Alam RMU are Rp942 882 122, 20.99 percent, 1.84, and 0.95 months respectively. These indicator values of financial feasibility of the business have met the business feasibility standards. Based on analysis switching value found that the magnitude of tolerance maximum against component by the rice milling business of Bonjo Alam RMU is an increase total cost variable of 431.1873848 percent, decrease the amount of production of 42.09836603 percent, and a decrease in selling price of 42.09836605 percent of output.
