Analisis Willingness To Accept Terhadap Program Relokasi Masyarakat di Kampung Pulo Kecamatan Jatinegara Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

The urbanization of people to the city such as Jakarta have increased demands of place to live, which in turn increase price of land. That’s make that people used river side land such as Ciliwung river which is cheaper than another places. That’s impact the river more narrow and flooding when it is raining. The goverment was been relocated the people who was lived at the river side, that can reduce the bad impact of floody, but many people refuse to be relocated. This research took Kampung Pulo which calculated the impact of flooding identifications any factors of the willingness at the people to be relocated, estimations of Willingness To Accept (WTA) Kampung Pulo’s people to be relocated and any factors influence it. The result is most of the people accepted to be relocated with the compensation amount of the Rp 1.174.472.600,-. Society is willing to be relocated with the total compensation amount of the Rp 2.223.899.800,- which the factors that influence it are income and status of home
