Analisis Kinerja Dan Partisipasi Anggota Koperasi Peternak Kelinci (KOPNAKCI) Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Cooperative is a social-economic institution which has purpose to improve its member welfare. The cooperative success indicator can be seen from its success in conducting its organization and business activities. Cooperative of Rabbit Breeder (KOPNAKCI) is one of agricultural cooperative of which members are the rabbit breeders in Bogor Regency and has been successful in running both its organization and business activities due to the indicators of increasing the number of members, developing the capital from members, and rising the profit and sale volume. This study aimed to analyze the performance and member participation level in the activities of Rabbit Breeder Cooperative (KOPNAKCI) in Bogor Regency, West Java, and to know how far the cooperative progress has been achieved. The performance and member participation level of the cooperative in the form of primary and secondary data were analyzed by using quantitative method through Rank Spearman Correlation Test based on vision indicator, capacity, networking, and resources. The results of data analysis was known that the cooperative performance was in good condition. And through Rank Spearman Correlation Test, it was obtained that there was in line-relationship between economic benefit with the member participation level, capital, and business activity.
