Produksi dan Kualitas Telur Ayam Arab Umur 29-34 Minggu pada Suhu Kandang yang berbeda
Abstract
The production and quality of Arab hen egg are influenced by the quality of parent stock, feed, and also environment. The aim of this research was to determine the production level, and egg quality of chicken’s egg from Arab chicken age 29-34 weeks at different level of temperatures. The experimental design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with three different level of temperatures as the treatment (netral, hot, and environment). The repetition was 2 times. The results obtained at netral, hot, and environment temperatures were henday, egg’s weight, egg’s index, cleanliness, eggshell’s weight, eggshell’s thickness, haugh unit of albumin, albumin’s weight, index of yolk, yolk’s weight, and the colour of yolk. The treatment was used to temperature cage was did not different (P>0.05) on production and quality of chicken egg of Arab chicken, the treatment didn’t influence to quality intern and external.
