Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Restoran Ampera Warung Jambu Bogor
Abstract
Bogor has a very large density with a changing way of lives society and the increase number of tourists makes it as a highly potential market for an agribusiness company that based on food’s area such as restaurants. Ampera’s restaurant that located in Warung Jambu has fluctuating on selling and tends to decrease. These studies are to identify the characteristic and customer’s behavior of Ampera’s restaurant and also to analyze customer’s buy decision, and customer’s satisfaction level on its attributes. Based on the result of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), the attributes performance that should have to improve are accessibility and the hygiene of toilet’s facilities, varieties menu, politeness and hospitality of the employee, and the hygiene of cutleries. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value shows that customers are satisfied with the provided services.
