Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Bunga Krisan Pada Lulu Green House, Pacet, Jawa Barat.
Abstract
Chrysanthemum in Indonesia has the opportunity to be developed from the side of volume or quality. It because Indonesia has a very promising potential from the huge land, good quality of soil, climate, and weather conditions that owned by Indonesia. Lulu Green House (LGH) is a producer of chrysanthemum flowers that have many problems in their business activity like organization’s structure that unorganised, reduction of production and quality continuously, pests attack and diseases are high, and intense competition. The purpose of this study is to formulate and prioritize the best strategy to Lulu Green House to expand their business. The results of the IFE matrix is 2.60 and EFE matrix is 2.88. This position placed this company to quadrant V with defense and maintain position. The best strategy for these positions are market penetration strategy and product development. SWOT analysis produced four alternative strategies, they are increasing production, formulating production planning SOP, adding the varieties of chrysanthemum flowers, join with cooperation or associations. The results of QSPM determined that the main strategy to be applied to LGH is formulating iii SOP (standard operation procedure) with a total value 6.94 appeal to expand their bussiness.
