      Abstract
The purposes of this research were to identified the production of bandeng fishpond activity, estimates the land rent value based from water source, and optimization activity from bandeng fishpond in Kelurahan Marunda. The method used this research were descriptive analysis, land rent value analysis, optimization analysis and sensitivity analysis. The result shows that the input of fishpond bandeng production in every unit is the land, seed, labor, manure, pest control, vitamin, feed, and water use. The land rent value of the fishpond bandeng at BKT water user is Rp 2.093.961,52 per ha. While land rent value at sea water user is Rp 1.039.702,06 per ha. The analysis informs that the unit of analysis of BKT water user has a surplus of land larger than the unit of analysis of sea water users. This illustrates that land use activities from milkfish ponds in the unit of analysis of BKT water users is more efficient aspects of selling power output and fertility of the land. In addition, this study also analyzed the optimization of production inputs to construct the objective function to maximize the value of rents. This is to determine the efficient level of milkfish ponds at Marunda in economically. Optimization and sensitivity analysis results indicate that the use of optimal inputs and rising prices give a positive land value, so that the activity is feasible
