Teak wood belongs to fancy wood, because of its decorative surfaces, and it is suitable used as a raw material for furniture. Pemalang, one of regencies in Central Java province, uses its to produce teak wood. The objective of this research is to estimate the stumpage value, land value, and added value of teak plantation in KPH Pemalang Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Central Java. The results showed KPH Pemalang produced teak wood around 101,043 m3/ha with production cost Rp 407.000/m3 . Profit margin was 83%. Stumpage value based on furniture product was Rp. 6.205.000/m3. Hence, land value and added value were Rp 626.972.000/ha and Rp4.274.000/m3, respectively.
