Evaluasi Pengelolaan Lanskap Berdasarkan Aspek Tepat Guna Lahan bagi Bangunan Hijau di P.T. Dahana

Abstract

Construction in Indonesia grows rapidly. But, the development of this construction does not equal to its influence for environment. Implementation of green building concept is needed, based on sustainable and eco-friendly principal. P.T. Dahana’s building is one of green building. This research propose to 1) analyze landscape management and find problems and potential factors from landscape management of P.T. Dahana base on appropriate site development in green building concept, and 2)makeastrategic landscape management recomendation to P.T. Dahana to optimize its management. SWOT analysis is used for evaluating its landscape management. The result of this research shows that P.T.Dahana must create and develop strategic landscape management, such as improve user productivity, develop landscape, improve the function roof garden, and make a landscape management plan.
