Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Koperasi di KUD Mina Samudera, Kabupaten Tangerang

Abstract

KUD Mina Samudera is one of currently developing cooperatives in the district of Tangerang. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors internal and external to the cooperative the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that may affect its business so as to formulate and recommend alternative strategies. The formulation of this strategy by evaluating five strengths and five weaknesses in the company's internal environment IFE with a total score of 2,912 and identifies six opportunities as well as the four threats coming from external companies in EFE with a total score of 2,801. Later in the second stage of the matching phase, to produce some strategies that be an option or alternative strategies through Matrix (IE) which is in cell V, which is a strategy to maintain and sustain (hold and maintain) malalui strategy of market penetration and product development strategies that could be most appropriate for cooperatives KUD Mina Samudera. And the SWOT matrix produced four strategies.
