Regresi Terboboti Geografis untuk Analisis Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh

Abstract

Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) is one of the important sources of income that has to be used optimally in order to decrease the dependency aid towards the central government and the provincial government. PAD of a regency/municipality in Aceh are influenced by spatial dependence and spatial heterogenity. Spatial dependence and spatial heterogenity can be overcome by using Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). GWR models with Gaussian kernel weighted grouped regency/municipality in Aceh into seven groups based on the independent variables associated with the PAD of a regency/municipality. Overall, the independent variables associated with PAD of a regency/municipality in Aceh are the total population, the number of hotels, the number of tourist attraction, the number of large and medium industries, per capita GRDP, and the number of tourists. Variables that have the highest contribution to the PAD of a regency/municipality in Aceh are the number of hotels, number of tourist attraction, and the number of large and medium industries. The R2 value of the overall GWR models is 83.81%, while the R2 value of the GWR models for each regency/muncipality ranges from 73.17%-85.89%
