Wellbeing and human development has been the attention of governments. Therefore UN provides a standard measurement of human development called Human Development Index. The Human Development Index is based on three dimensions: life expectancy, knowledge and decent living. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of provincial mapping based on health facilities and health workers. The provincial mapping is done using biplot. The result of goodness of fit of the biplot is 93.06% for health facilities and 70.97% for health workers. The provincial mapping shows that there are five groups of provinces based on health facilities variables and five different groups of provinces based on health workers variables.
