Penilaian Kinerja Pengelolaan Kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak dalam Mewujudkan Ruang Kelola Masyarakat
Abstract
Since the issuance Decree of the Minister of Forestry about over the function of the area became a national park in regional Mountain Halimun and regional Mountain Salak in 2003 (Surat Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan Nomor: 175/Kpts-II/2003), the community has limited space to manage, both in terms of ownership and accessibility to utilize natural resources. The purpose of this study was to assessed the achievement of the performance of each Gunung Halimun Salak National Park management indicator in realizing community management space on a case study in Sukagalih. Actual indicator assessment (NIA) results show that the three indicators have met the minimum standards of performance, the first indicators (the establishment of a zone that provides community management space) and the second indicators (restraint of natural resources use conflict in the region) have good NIA, while the third indicators (development of sustainable use in community management space in order to sustain everyday life) have moderate NIA. The proposed recommendations were on the data management, the intensity of management, the completeness of SOP, and on the development of natural resources use.
