The research was conducted to identify labor’s characteristics in small and middle industries, the organizational climate communication in small and middle indutries, and the labor’s job performance. Furthermore to analize the influence of labor’s characteristics to the organizational climate communication, to analize the influence of labor’s characteristics to the labor’s job performance, and to analize the influence of organizational climate communication to the labor’s job performance. The research used the census method with quantitative approach and supported with qualitative approach. The result of the research demonstrated that there was a significant influence of labor’s characteristic to the organizational climate communication, precisely in ages, the length of labor’s working, and labor’s competences. Then the length of labor’s working in labor’s chacteristics showed a significant influence to the labor’s job performance. On the other hand, the organizational climate communication showed the most significant influence to the labor’s job performance by the level of trust, the quality of labor’s liaison with the boss, and labor’s commitment to the organization
