The objectives of this research are, first, to analyse the impact of Conservation Village Model (CVM) to the socio economic of the local community and the biodiversity conservation. Second, to analyse future sustainability of CVM, and identify factors that threaten its sustainability. This research applying quantitative approach, and supported with a series of qualitative data. Around 30 households have been selected as respondents through purposive method. The results show that, first, the CVM contribute significantly to the income of poor household. Six household respondents previously at low income increase to middle class of income. Furthermore, four respondents previously at middle class income; increase to high class income. The CVM also enriches the biodiversity of the national park by planting i.e. the Arenga pinata (aren), Scima walicii (puspa), Quercus suber (pasang), and others either, through voluntary activities, or through trees adoption program.
