Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Agrowisata Bukit Baros Cempaka Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten Sukabumi
Abstract
Bukit Baros Cempaka is one of growing company in the field of dairy cattle, cheese, and agrotourism. Bukit Baros Cempaka was founded in 2000 as one of businesses in the area of agrotourism. Under ways effort it Bukit Baros Cempaka finds many about internal or external problem which be faced by. The purpose of this study is to identify enviromental factors intenal and external Bukit Baros Cempaka and formulate strategies for the development of Bukit Baros Cempaka agrotourism. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of the three stages of strategy formulation. The analytical method used is the matrix of internal and external factors, SWOT matrix and QSP matrix. The strategic priority which can recommending develop the agrotourism of Bukit Baros Cempaka. Improving promotion of through media print, more effective electronic media, and also make special packet is which have been determined for improving service.
