Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Promosi Komoditas Unggulan Subsektor Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Cianjur

Abstract

Prime sector has the highest role in forming economics structure in Cianjur Region. Prime sector which refers to the farming is the mover for industrial sector and trade. This research used marketing concept of public sector which explains that government roles as promoter of the local product marketing. System design used prototyping as the methode in system development by cutting off in 2 stage, that is user's needs analysis and prototyping. Qualitative analysis is used in data processing by the analytical instrument: marketing institution analysis, user's needs analysis, and data flow diagram (DFD). The result of this research is model process of promotion information system of the advantages commodities of the Cianjur Regency's food and horticulture subsector which is showed that differences of the characteristic of the 3 groups commodities cause the differences of entities and data flows
