Analisis Perilaku Wanita Wirausaha pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Tapak Dara Kelurahan Sindang Barang, Bogor Barat

Abstract

Woman role in agriculture development that rather frequently known as wanita tani, can be seen from their role which create a sum of householdeconomy revenues.femalesproductive role is one of important role between two others role, they are reproductive role and social community role.Through Kelompok Wanita Tani forming, female quality can be developed as an independent entrepreneur woman. Entrepreneur woman independence is seen from their entrepreneurship behavior that include the following : knowledge, mental attitude, and creativity of entrepreneurship. The aim of research is to analyze the individual characteristic, group characteristic, entrepreneur behavior, and effort achievement, which will be seen the relation between individual characteristic and group characteristic with entrepreneur behavior and effort achievement through rank spearman correlation test. The result shows that kelompok wanita tani Tapak Dara has a tighter relation between individual characteristic, entrepreneur behavior, and effort achievement than their group characteristic. their basic entrepreneur behavior and effort achievement is more determined by their own personal. eventhough it was came through the group, the knowledge and individual characteristic can be developed too within training and intens relation development.
