Asystasia intrusa (Forssk.) Blume is one of the important weeds in the planting of rubber and palm oil. Asystasia intrusa is regularly controlled by manual or chemical treatment. The spread of A. intrusa seed is very rapid, this is because A. intrusa can produce many seeds. The purpose of this study was to obtain plant extracts that can reduce seed germination of A. intrusa. Plant extracts used were reed (I. cylindrica) rhizomes extract , bandotan (A. conyzoides) leaves extract, kirinyuh (C. odorata) leaves extract, bittervine (M. micrantha) leaves extract and tembelekan (L. camara) leaves extract. Kirinyuh leaves extracts give significant effect on the suppression of germination variables, speed of growth and seedling root length of A. intrusa. But giving some kinds of plant extracts have not been able to provide significant effect on emphasis hypocotyl length. Kirinyuh have the potential to suppress A. intrusa germination.
