Analisis Risiko Pasca Panen Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) kelapa sawit (Kasus : Desa Tanah Datar Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi RIAU)
Abstract
Tanah Datar village is one of the centers of oil palm plantations in the Rokan Hulu Regency of Riau Province. Palm oil production generated by farmers is the fresh fruit bunches (FFB). On the post-harvest process oil palm FFB has several stages that must be traversed, from FFB are on land to palm oil factory. Production of FFB produced by farmers less than the maximum, due to loss of production results in every phase of post harvest oil palm. The purpose of this research is to know the result of large production loss and analyze the impacts of lost production at every stage of the FFB post harvest oil. Analysis of the results obtained shows that the loss of production result in the FFB land, on checking process FFB raw, FFB in TPH, and sorting plant. As for the large percentage of total production loss of production of FFB produced amounted to 1.70 percent at the land, 0.51 percent on the process of checking the FFB raw, 0.27 percent when FFB in TPH and 2.70 percent at sorting plant. The impact of the losses arising from the loss of post-harvest TBS in total per two hectares of land is Rp 412 265.14 per month and if combined for one year will reach Rp 4 946 486.88.
