      Abstract
      CV Mitra Tani Farm is a sheep and goats fattening bussiness located in Tegal Waru Village Ciampea Subdistrict Bogor Regency. In working out the sheep fattening, MT Farm can afford ownership or partnership with farmers who currently partnering with the business units MT Farm "Rumah Kambing". The purpose of this study are: 1) to analyze the feasibility of fattening sheep CV Mitra Tani Farm viewed from the non-financial aspects such as market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, social and environmental aspects, 2) to analyze the feasibility of fattening sheep CV Mitra Tani Farm if cultivated by ownership or patnership views on the financial aspects of the NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and Payback Period, and 3) to analyze the switching value of this sheep fattening CV Mitra Tani Farm if there is a decrease in variable cost of production and increase the feasibility of the venture. The results of this study show 1,040 sheeps fattening business in CV Mitra Tani Farm is feasible based on non-financial aspects and financial aspects show this bussiness which is feasible by ownership or partnership because it has appropriated the investment criteria. Switching value calculation results show the maximum limit of increasing lamb price with ownership is 6,33% and the maximum decrease in carcass percentage is 5,82%. Therefore, the maximum of increasing lamb price with partnership is 2,91% and the maximum decrease in carcass percentage is 2,67%.
