Analisis Kepuasan Mahasiswa IPB Angkatan 48 Terhadap Program Pembinaan Asrama TPB IPB

Abstract

The dorm of TPB IPB has a vision to create conducive atmosphere to develop intellectual, personality, interests, talents, and solidarity. This study aims to examine the level of IPB’s 48 class students satisfaction twords the TPB IPB boarding coaching program and find a description of a coaching program that should be fixed in the near future. In general the index of satisfaction of the students twords TPB IPB coaching program was 0.70. The Satisfaction analysis results showed that the dormitory building program needs to be improved, because the value of satisfaction is still in the range of satisfied, not reached a very satisfied value yet (0.81 to 1.00). The coaching programs that needs major improvement are The Exploration of Campus and Dormitory’s Olympics, because the programs are considered important but had lower satisfaction values compated to other programs. This study also described that the satisfaction level of female respondents to the dorm coaching program was higher than male. Based on the hometown, the level of satisfaction of the respondents from Bogor City was relatively lower than other regions.
