Mekanisme Hubungan Stakeholder dalam Pengelolaan Wisata Alam di Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Bogor Regency is one of the regencies with high potential of natural resources and strategic location for development of tourism. The management required the participation of various stakeholders that include the central government, local governments, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), private companies and community. The objective of this research was to formulate a mechanism of stakeholder collaboration in natural tourism management in Bogor Regency. Data were collected through interview and document study. Stakeholder analysis, content analysis and descriptive analysis were used in data analysis. The research resulted total of 18 stakeholders involved in natural tourism management in Bogor Regency. The number of policies used to manage natural tourism in Bogor Regency totaled to 12 policies. Needs of each stakeholder were grouped into 7 groups consisted of infrastructural needs, facilities, promotion, human resources, forums, conflict resolution, training and counselling. Stakeholder collaboration mechanism was formulated by forming a Tourism Coordination Team.
